WE HAVE ESTABLISHED A SECURITY STRUCTURE FOCUSING ON PREVENTION .

We have launched our local WHSS committees across our network. The members discuss prevention topics in particular and collaborate in the establishment of a healthy and safe work environment.

We have added an WHSS committee within management to discuss safety issues and take appropriate action.

WE PROMOTE AN ENVIRONMENT WHERE HEALTH, SAFETY AND SAFETY ARE AN INTEGRAL PART OF OUR EVERYDAY DAY.

ACCESS TO A TELEMEDICINE SERVICE AND THE EMPLOYEE AND FAMILY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (EFAP)
We provide access to Dialogue, a health and wellness platform, to all of our employees. From the mobile or web application, our employees can consult health professionals and mental health specialists to proactively improve their health and well-being.
FLU VACCINATION
Every year, we offer in-company flu shots at our bases in Quebec and Montreal. We reimburse the costs of vaccines to our employees at our regional bases.
MENTAL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING INITATIVES
We organize Wellness and Mental Health Weeks to make work life easier.
Our goal is to integrate activities related to physical health, sleep, finances, as well as relationships and family, in order to act upstream on the lives of our employees.
